Product Description:
The vaccum extruder is used to produce solid bricks and hollow bricks with great quantities
of holes and large section in all size of hole style. It has features as fellows: rational structure, advanced technology,
high extrusive pressure, large yield and high vacuum degree. This machine adopts pneumatic clutch remote control.
Structure and Features:
1. The vacuum extruder consists of mixing part and pressing/forming part, which is equipped
with air compression system and pumped vacuum system. The pneumatic clutch adopts remote control and the
installation of the mixing tank and forming tank is flexible enough for users.
2. It has the following features: rational construction, strong adaptability, big extrusion pressure, low energy
consumption, high output, easy maintenance, etc.
3. The reamer of this machine is made of wear-resistance materials which can extend its service life by 4~7 times.
And the screw lead is scientifically designed, increasing the extrusion pressure and improving the work efficiency.
The machine uses floating axle shaft to avoid sway and instability after a long time operation, an energy
saving of 15~30%.
4. The shafts used inside the machine are special ones which are harden by quenching. Hard tooth gear surface
is adopted in the reducer.
5. There are safety devices in the splash transmission and material level control, which can protect
main machine parts and lengthen the machine service life.
6. There is a pressure meter on the head of the vacuum extruder, with which the press data can be read.
The raw materials are disposed by humidification and curing so that users can get a big extrusion
pressure and high output.
